1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the Win A Live Pig Promotion ("Promotion"), sponsored by DuluxGroup PNG ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Promotion. 

2.1 This Promotion is open to legal residents of Papua New Guinea who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees, officers, directors and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and participating resellers, including their owners, directors, officers, employees and representatives, together with the immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each, are not eligible to participate.

3.1 The Promotion begins on Monday 2 November 2026 and ends on Saturday 5 December 2026 at 11:59 pm PGT (the "Promotion Period").

3.2 All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

4.1 To enter the Promotion, an eligible customer must, in a single transaction at any participating Dulux reseller in Papua New Guinea, purchase either: (a) two (2) 4-litre tins or one (1) 15-litre tin of Dulux Premium Paint; or (b) two (2) 5-litre tins or one (1) 20-litre tin of Nippon Paint.

4.2 Each qualifying purchase entitles the customer to one (1) entry into the Lucky Draw, submitted by either the digital or manual entry method described below.

4.2(a) To enter digitally, the customer must scan the QR code displayed at the point of sale or visit duluxpromo.com, complete the online entry form with the required personal details, and enter the receipt or invoice number for the qualifying purchase.

4.2(b) To enter manually, the customer must complete an official entry form with the required personal details, record the receipt or invoice number for the qualifying purchase, and place the completed form in the entry box provided at the participating reseller.

4.3 Only one (1) entry is permitted for each qualifying transaction. A customer may submit multiple entries where each entry relates to a separate qualifying transaction.

4.4 At the close of the Promotion Period, an authorized DuluxGroup PNG representative will transfer all valid manual entries into the digital draw system before the Lucky Draw is conducted. DuluxGroup PNG is responsible for accurately transferring and including valid manual entries in the draw.

4.5 The customer must retain their receipt or invoice for verification purposes.

6.1 The Lucky Draw will be conducted on Monday 7 December 2026 by Tribe Agency on behalf of DuluxGroup PNG, using a randomised digital selection process from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.2 Winners will be contacted directly from Tuesday 8 December to Wednesday 9 December 2026, using the details provided at the time of entry. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate and up to date.

6.3 Winners will be announced on DuluxGroup PNG social media channels from Monday 14 December 2026 and in national press from Tuesday 15 December 2026.

7.1 Winners of live pigs must collect their prize from the location advised by DuluxGroup PNG by Friday 18 December 2026. Following collection, the winner is responsible for arranging and paying for the transport, care and handling of the live pig and for complying with all applicable requirements.

7.3 Winners will be required to present valid photo identification and proof of the qualifying purchase at the time of collection.

7.4 Any prize not collected by Friday 18 December 2026 will be forfeited at the Sponsor's discretion. A replacement winner may be selected by a further random draw from the remaining valid entries and will be contacted and announced using the process set out in clause 5.

8.1 If fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion, the Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

8.2 The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Promotion, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or improper manner.

8.3 Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to fully seek damages and any other remedies available permitted by law.

9.1 To the extent permitted by law, by participating in the Promotion, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the receipt, collection, transport, care, handling or use of any prize.

9.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate information caused by participants, printing errors, equipment or programming associated with the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (d) technical or human error in administering the Promotion or processing entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly by participation in the Promotion or the receipt, collection, transport, care, handling, use or misuse of any prize.

10.1 Personal information collected from participants will be used to administer the Promotion, verify entries, contact and announce winners, and arrange prize collection.

10.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy, available at https://www.dulux.com.pg/privacy-policy/.

10.3 By accepting a prize, winners consent to photographs being taken and used for promotional purposes, including publication on the Sponsor’s social media channels.

11.1 This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea.

14.1 In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions; or (b) award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairement.
