1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the Nippon Get More Promotion Terms & Conditions ("Promotion") sponsored by DuluxGroup PNG ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.
2.1 The Promotion begins on Monday 18 May 2026 and ends on Wednesday 24 June at 11:59pm PGT ("Promotion Period")
2.2 All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
3.1 This promotion ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of Papua New Guinea who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees, officers, directors and representatives of DuluxGroup PNG ("Sponsor"), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each are not eligible to participate.
4.1 To enter, customers must purchase two (2) or more 4-litre tins of Dulux Premium Paint in a single transaction from any participating Dulux reseller nationwide.
4.2 Upon qualifying purchase, the customer will receive an instant gift with purchase: a choice of State of Origin Blues or Maroons merchandise (flag or keyring), subject to availability.
4.3 The qualifying purchase also entitles the customer to one (1) digital entry into the Lucky Draw. To enter, customers must scan the QR code provided at point of sale or visit duluxpromo.com and submit their receipt of purchase along with their personal details.
4.4 One entry is permitted per qualifying transaction. Multiple qualifying transactions will each receive a separate entry.
5.1 Instant Win Prizes: Each qualifying purchase receives a State of Origin merchandise item (Blues or Maroons flag or keyring), while stocks last.
5.2 Lucky Draw Grand Prizes:
Seven (7) x 50-inch Samsung Smart TVs
Twenty-eight (28) x Exclusive State of Origin Fan Packs
5.3 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions are permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
5.4 Prize images used in promotional material are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may differ in colour, model or specification.
6.1 The Lucky Draw will be conducted on Tuesday 30 June 2026 by Tribe Agency on behalf of DuluxGroup PNG, using a randomised digital selection process from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.2 Winners will be announced on DuluxGroup PNG social media channels from Monday 6 July 2026 and in national press from Tuesday 7 July 2026.
6.3 Winners will be contacted directly using the details provided at the time of entry. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate and up to date.
7.1 Winners must collect their prize in-store at the original point of purchase within one (1) calendar month of the winner announcement date.
7.2 It’s a requirement to provide a valid ID. In the event there is no valid ID, a verified Statutory declaration form (State Dec) from the courthouse will do.
7.3 Unclaimed prizes after the one-month collection period will be forfeited at the Sponsor's discretion.
8.1 The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8.2 The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
8.3 Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.1 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees and agents ("Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the receipt or use of any prize.
9.2 The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any equipment or programming associated with the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly by participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize.
10.1 Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion, including contacting winners and arranging prize collection.

11.1 This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea.
